According to the joint announcement of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the General Administration of Customs of China and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China dated 20 July 2020, based on the fact that countries which have implemented boarding with a negative nucleic acid test certificate for COVID-19 require passengers obtain COVID-19 PCR negative certificates within 3 days before boarding,to ensure the health and safety of international travel and reduce the risk of cross-border spread of the epidemic, the Embassy of China in the Republic of Armenia hereby announces that, as from today, all passengers traveling to China from Armenia by transferring a third country are required to finish PCR tests for COVID-19 within 3 days before boarding at institutions recognized by the Embassy(http://am.chineseembassy.org/rus/lsqw/t1799821.htm) and apply for green health codes with an "HS" mark (for chinese passengers http://am.chineseembassy.org/chn/lsqw/t1801216.htm) or Health Declaration Forms (for foreign passengers http://am.chineseembassy.org/rus/lsqw/t1802446.htm) from Embassy immediately after receiving COVID-19 negative certificates in Armenia.
The validity periods of "HS" green health code and Health Declaration Form are both 3 days(72 hours from the issue date of the certificates). Applicants who are going to take a flight to China on weekends and before 12:00 Monday should submit applications no later than 16:00 on Fridays before boarding. Applicantions after 16:00 on Fridays will be processed on Mondays of the next week.
