To ensure the health and safety of international travel and reduce the risk of cross-border spread of the epidemic, the Embassy of China in the Republic of Armenia hereby announces that, starting from 12th September (Saturday) 2020, all China-bound foreign passengers from Armenia are required to take nucleic acid tests for COVID-19 within three days before boarding in Armenia and only those who test negative will be allowed to board the plane. Please cooperate with the airline for checking.

Foreign passengers are required to finish PCR tests for COVID-19 within 3 days before boarding in Armenia at institutions recognized by Embassy of China in the Republic of Armenia (http://am.chineseembassy.org/rus/lsqw/t1799821.htm) and apply for  Health Declaration Forms from Embassy immediately after receiving COVID-19 negative certificates. They should send a scanned copy of ①the information page of the passport ②COVID-19 PCR negative certificate ③Health Declaration Form signed by the applicant (see attachment ) (Guardians should sign for infants who cannot sign) ④the information of airline ticket to consulate_arm@mfa.gov.cn. After approval, the Chinese Embassy will issue the Health Declaration Form with the Embassy stamp and validity period and send it to the applicant through email. The applicant should print out the Form and take it to the airport.

The validity period of Health Declaration Form is 3 days(72 hours from the issue date of the certificates). Please make sure the Health Declaration Form is valid at the date of boarding and transfer(List of countries that have implemented boarding with a negative nucleic acid test certificate for COVID-19: https://hr.cs.mfa.gov.cn/help_two/help-two/gj.html ).

Applicants who are going to take a flight to China on weekends and before 12:00 Monday(Yerevan time)should submit applications no later than 16:00 on Fridays(Yerevan time)before boarding. Applications after 16:00 on Fridays will be processed on Mondays of the next week.
